They were conscientious in replacing tiles and carrying out repairs – not just the...The workers were punctual, polite and friendly. They started very quickly after agreeing on a quote. They were conscientious in replacing tiles and carrying out repairs – not just the bits that obviously needed doing. They were very good at tidying up after themselves, particularly at the end of the job. Quality of workmanship looks to be good although it hasn't yet been tested by rain/wind.

We had our 70 year-old roof replaced along with our neighbour (semi-detached house). We chose Terrain Roofing and Building due to the great price, which included their own scaffolders (priced...We had our 70 year-old roof replaced along with our neighbour (semi-detached house). We chose Terrain Roofing and Building due to the great price, which included their own scaffolders (priced separately by other companies). Scaffold was up on the Thursday/Friday around both houses and roofing work started Monday. 2000 tiles in total replaced, all within a day and the scaffold was removed the next day after inspection. Excellent service!

Based on my previous experience, I will use Terrain Designs Roofing and Building for repairs and replacement without seeking any other estimates! Because Terrain Designs Roofing and Building worked so well with my insurance company and their assessor, my insurance company, Terrain Designs Roofing and Building, quickly resolved the claim. Today, Peter and his hardworking team of a dozen specialists removed our old roof, rebuilt damaged sheathing, and constructed a new roof with proper flashing and underlayment. If you require great work in Kent or London, I wholeheartedly suggest Terrain Designs Roofing and Building.

I was looking for a roofer for a while as my ceiling was leaking and I was aware of how old my roof was. I came across Terrain Design Roofing who provided the most inexpensive quote I’d seen considering prices of materials etc had increased. They booked me in as soon as he could and the entire team worked very hard to put up the scaffolding, carry out a roof renewal and repoint all of which was completed within 2-3 days, even in the rain!
